The body is not a collection of separate parts.
Everything communicates. Everything influences everything else.
We sometimes forget it, but whether we like it or not, we are animals too. Our bodies respond to the seasons, to light, to climate, to the rhythm of day and night.
In traditional acupuncture, the human being is understood as standing between Heaven and Earth, constantly interacting with the environment around them.
Understanding your body also means understanding the ecosystem it lives in.
When I explain acupuncture, I often compare it to the Paris transport map.
Several lines. Several routes. Several ways to get from point A to point B.
When something gets blocked, the problem does not always show up where it started.
The body works a bit like that too.
This is the network acupuncture is trying to understand.

The menstrual cycle is still taboo, dreaded and, let’s be honest, we often do everything we can to pretend it does not exist.
We hide it. We postpone it. We try to silence it.
And yet, it is not just about having a period.
When you start observing your cycle, studying it and actually listening to it, you realise how much it can influence your energy, your mood and the way you react.
It can also affect the way you create, make decisions and move through the month.
Ladies, imagine being taught again how to time your actions and decisions according to what is most supportive at each stage of your cycle.
Knowing this is like getting back an instruction manual we should have been given a long time ago.
To me, that is what being a Wonder Woman is about.
Discover my Women’s Health approachMy path has never really been linear.
Preparatory classes, business school, a corporate job… then India, yoga, energy work, acupuncture. The 180-degree turn usually makes people smile.
At each stage, I wanted to understand a little more about how the body, energy, emotions and our environment can influence one another.
And above all, how all of it fits together.
Nothing works in silos.

GAIA was born from a duality that speaks deeply to me: power and softness.
Yin / Yang
Shiva / Shakti
Ha / Tha
They can seem like opposites, but one never really exists without the other.

Today, GAIA is taking shape around my current practices.
Traditional Acupuncture, Pranic Healing, Aculift.
But I’ll admit, I have plenty of other ideas in mind.
One day, I’d love it to become a space where different disciplines, therapists and ways of understanding things can come together to help people.
Imagine not having to tell the same story about your pain and your problems to six different practitioners, and imagine them actually talking to each other.
I think that would be pretty damn cool.
GAIA creates spaces for reconnection.
