Women’s Health
Live your femininity, don’t just put up with it.
I’m developing my practice around women’s health with one simple idea: helping us understand our bodies, our cycles and the changes that come with them.

Why Women’s Health?
The menstrual cycle is still taboo, dreaded and, let’s be honest, we often do everything we can to pretend it does not exist.
We hide it. We postpone it. We try to silence it.
And yet, it is not just about having a period.
When you start observing your cycle and actually listening to it, you realise how much it can influence your energy, your mood and the way you react.
It can also influence the way you create, make decisions and move through the month.
Ladies, imagine being taught again how to time your actions and decisions according to what is most supportive at each stage of your cycle.
Knowing this is like getting back an instruction manual we should have been given a long time ago.
To me, that is what being a Wonder Woman is about.
Understanding your rhythms also means understanding your body and everything that comes with it.
Reconnect with your cycle
We are not linear.
Our energy, sensations and needs can shift throughout the cycle.
Understanding that can also mean stopping the expectation that we should feel exactly the same every day of the month.
Topics I’m deepening

A specialisation in development
I’m continuing to develop this specialisation through further training with experienced practitioners internationally.
It is also enriching the way I practise traditional acupuncture and how I look at the links between the cycle, the body and what each woman is going through.
This page will continue to evolve with my training, my practice and the content I develop around women’s health.
